Waiters/Waitresses (10)
Our client a charming restaurant nestled in a verdant garden specializing in familyfriendly dining experiences for breakfast lunch and dinner is actively seeking friendly and efficient Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. The ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks to customers promptly.
Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns.
Process payments and handle cash and card transactions.
Assist with cleaning and setting up tables.
Requirements
Requirements:
2 years proven experience as a Server in a restaurant setting.
Diploma/certificate in hospitality related field
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
KPIs/Deliverables:
Customer satisfaction (target: 90% positive feedback).
Order accuracy (target: 98% accuracy in orders).
Sales performance (target: meet or exceed sales targets).
Speed of service (average service time: under 10 minutes).
