Inbound and Outbound Telecaller

Job title: Inbound Telecaller (B2B) Location: Kolkata India Employment Type: Fulltime

Key Responsibilities: Handling Inbound Calls: Manage incoming calls from B2B clients providing them with information about our products/services. Customer Assistance: Assist clients with inquiries product information pricing and order status. Order Processing: Receive and process orders from B2B clients ensuring accuracy and efficient clients.

Job responsibilities: Customer Outreach: Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective and current customers to introduce and promote products or services. Engagement and Relationship Building: Establish rapport with customers understand their needs and provide relevant information to encourage sales or collect feedback. Data Entry and Management: Accurately record customer information call details and feedback in the CRM system.

Education: Bachelors degree. Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or call center role; experience in a B2B environment is preferred. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Hindi and Bengali. CustomerOriented: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
