Job Description
Manage full spectrum of shipping logistics and documentation. Handling of Import and export Documentation including sending Bill of lading instructions to shippers. Liaise with freight forwarders & warehouses and suppliers on matters related to shipment arrangement. Monitor and track shipment booking transit schedules and shipment status. Data entry & procedural keeping of shipment schedules quotes bills Checking of bills(invoices) related to shipping and coordinating with accounts department. Sorting and categorizing documents/emails for ease of use. Respond promptly to customer shipper or shipping company queries. Knowledge of banking documentation (LC) preparation will be preferable.
Benefits
Min Diploma in Business. Preferred if knowledge of Supply Chain Management Logistics. Min 23 years of shipping and logistics experience. Import Export or Shipping environment knowledge will be an added advantage. Basic knowledge of accounts. Should be able to work from 7 AM to 5 PM (India time). MonFri. Proficient in Microsoft office excel and power point. Problem Solving abilities and attention to detail.
