Location: Hybrid (Client based in Chicago 23 days a Week)

Duration: 6 months (potential for hire)

Job Description:

eDataForce Client is a leading executive search firm is seeking a Business Analyst to join their PRISM project team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce or executive search firm operations with a preference for candidates experienced in both areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide weekly status updates on project progress to stakeholders.

Collaborate with accountss team to prioritize tasks and ensure project milestones are met.

Develop a comprehensive workplan for the initial month and subsequent months.

Analyze and improve search firm operations through the application of Salesforce and industry best practices.

Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the specific needs of WittKieffers PRISM project.

Required Skills and Experience:

Salesforce Certified: Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.

Proven experience with Salesforce including customization and configuration.

Familiarity with executive search firm operations and processes.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience in project management and task prioritization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with both Salesforce and executive search firm operations.

Prior experience in a business analyst role within a similar industry.
