Job Description
Registered Nurse Long Term Care (LTC) / RN LTC
Location: Seattle WA 98126
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Evening (5x8 Hours) 14:00 22:30
Pay rate: 5 /hr W2.

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse Long Term Care (LTC) / RN LTC
- Assess the health status of residents and develop individualized care plans based on their needs preferences and goals.
- Provide direct nursing care including medication administration wound care and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Monitor residents conditions and promptly recognize and respond to changes in their health status.
- Coordinate with physicians nurse practitioners and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and treatment plans.
Requirements for Registered Nurse Long Term Care (LTC) / RN LTC
- 1 years of experience in Long Term Care.
- BLS
- RN License
- Covid card.
