Job Title: HSE Compliance Manager (fixed term)

Reporting Line: Group Head CRE Risk and Compliance

Global Risk and Compliance is leading the development of Flutters global framework and standards. The role is a handson role to help drive risk management initiatives specific to the business and ensure global compliance with Group policies and standards. The role will provide HSE advice and guidance acting as subject matter expert for this area.

As an advocate of risk and compliance for Flutter you will have the opportunity to develop and manage exciting regional and global projects that help enable statutory and industry compliance. Working with teams across the region and globe youll need excellent stakeholder management organisational and problemsolving skills as well as the ability to clearly communicate and present information to seek buyin.

What Youll Do

• Support the Risk and Compliance team in the strategic design development and implementation of Global policies and procedures

• Work with relevant stakeholders to develop and plan the integration of newer businesses to the Flutter way of working

• Develop and own plans to monitor the ongoing compliance with Flutter Group HSE policies and standards

• Develop relationships with functional leaders and key stakeholders across regional and global operations corporate workspace and Group Risk Management

• Work with senior stakeholders in the Flutter organisation to promote change and deploy new tools and strategies

• Participate in site visits of both Retail and Corporate Real Estate to provide support in areas of risk management/assessment accident management fire safety and other aspects of statutory compliance.

• Support the team in rigorous setting scoring and tracking of key goals and objectives

• Design appropriate metrics tools and methods to track and sustain improvements

• Improve overall company compliance performance by using a datadriven approach for issue identification root cause analysis and improvement rollouts

What Youll Need

• A minimum of 5 years of industry or consulting experience in Health and Safety project program or operation management or related fields

• GradIOSH CMIOSH or working towards one of these

• Ability to travel extensively throughout Europe and potentially more widely meeting the teams that implement our policies locally

• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

• Selfmotivation with a strong affinity for vision setting strategic problem solving and driving action

• Ability to tell clear compelling stories out of complex issues and analysis

• Influential with great presentation skills

• Experience managing crossfunctional projects and stakeholders

• Strong IT skills

• Ability to design processes in a face paced environment without a prescribed template

• Passion for all areas of risk and compliance

• Previous experience within a multisite and multicountry based business a plus
