Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW:
- $1512 weekly including stipend for 36 hours (For traveler).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Position Licensed Practical Nurse
- Location Siler City NC 27344
JOB DETAILS:
- Full Time 13 weeks contract
- Day Shift 7 am to 7:30 pm // 36 hours
- Work Location On Location
- Weekend Schedule Sun Fri Sat
- Ability to commute/relocate: Siler City NC 27344 : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans and manages patient care according to each patients needs.
- Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
- Obtains patient vital signs including pulse blood pressure temperature and respiration.
- Provides routine care for patients.
- Observes patients health.
- Reviews medical charts.
- Accompanies patients to their rooms.
- Assists physicians and registered nurses.
- Communicates with patients and their families.
- Administers medications.
- Provides wound care.
- Prepares and administers injections and/or enemas.
- Assists with patient comfort.
- Monitors catheters.
REQUIREMENT:
- Must have at least 2 years of LPN experience
- Active CPR/BLS
- Covid Card
- LPN State License NC
