ETL Developer

Title: ETL Developer

Location: Remote

Were seeking candidates with the following qualifications to join our team:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and implement ETL processes to extract transform and load data from various sources into target systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ETL development.
• Develop and maintain data mappings workflows and scripts to support data integration and transformation.
• Optimize ETL processes for performance scalability and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes and data integration.
• Collaborate with data architects business analysts and other stakeholders to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and data integration workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in ETL and data integration technologies.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in designing and developing ETL processes using ETL tools such as Informatica Talend Microsoft SSIS or similar.
• Strong knowledge of data integration and ETL concepts including data extraction transformation and loading.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g. Oracle SQL Server DB2).
• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing principles.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detailoriented with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with big data technologies and platforms (e.g. Hadoop Spark).
• Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g. Python Shell scripting).
• Experience with cloudbased data integration services (e.g. AWS Glue Azure Data Factory).
• Certification in ETL or data integration technologies is a plus.
