Job Overview:

The SAP Manager is responsible for overseeing the integration optimization and strategic deployment of SAP solutions across all relevant modules (SD MM PP FI). This role involves leading the design development and delivery of comprehensive SAP solutions ensuring they align with business goals and deliver significant value. This role involves managing workload coordinating support efforts with other teams monitoring project progress and ensuring the successful execution of special projects assigned by the Executive Team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Delivery:
  • Lead the design and architecture of SAP solutions ensuring they meet business requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Oversee or be responsible for the design development and delivery of offerings across multiple areas of expertise.
  • Develop and present innovative implementation strategies considering clients budget cash flow and timetovalue.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors SAP partners and other external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure SAP solutions align with overall technology and business strategies.
  • Facilitate technologyagnostic business capability/process workshops.
• Project Leadership and Execution:
  • Lead the delivery of a solution business blueprint that satisfies business requirements and enables timely and profitable delivery on projects.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead across the full lifecycle of large transformation projects with detailed understanding of all functions and phases required to deliver the program outcomes.
  • Coordinate and maintain change control and testing processes to ensure system integrity and performance.
