Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Critical Care

Location: Thornton Colorado

Hourly Pay Rate: $58/hr (Negotiable)

Shift: On Call Per Diem Position

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Critical Care setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Critical Care team in Thornton Colorado. This per diem position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $58/hr which is negotiable based on experience. The role involves being on call to provide critical care to patients as needed ensuring high standards of care in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide highquality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Assess patients conditions develop individualized care plans and implement appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications treatments and advanced life support measures as required.
• Monitor and document patients vital signs symptoms and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions treatments and postdischarge care.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
• Utilize advanced clinical skills and judgment in managing complex patient care situations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Critical Care setting.
• Active RN license in the state of Colorado.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patientcentered approach to care.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced and highstress environment.
• Reliable punctual and committed to high standards of patient care.
