Job Title: Business Analyst OTM GTM Cloud and Logistics Compliance

Location: Houston Texas (Day 1 onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather document and analyze business requirements related to Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Global Trade Management (GTM) and cloudbased solutions.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop and implement logistics compliance and shipping solutions.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of existing logistics processes identify areas for improvement and recommend optimized solutions.
• Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and shipping standards providing guidance on best practices and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business process flows functional specifications and user guides.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements present findings and obtain approvals.
• Assist in the development and execution of test plans ensuring the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for OTM and GTM systems addressing user issues and system enhancements.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in logistics compliance and cloud technologies ensuring the company remains competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Global Trade Management (GTM) and cloudbased solutions.
• Indepth understanding of logistics compliance shipping processes and global trade regulations.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation including business process flows and functional specifications.
• Experience in conducting workshops meetings and presentations with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with test plan development and execution.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
