Job Description:
Evaluating business processes anticipating requirements uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions.
Strong functional knowledge of AEM platform.
Interest and Experience on manual testing In depth functional regression testing of new or enhanced features in the AEM environment.
Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager especially in testing the AEM implementation. Must have worked on at least 23 large AEM projects as a quality assurance engineer.
Expertise in AEM Forms Sites Assets and DAM.
Expertise in AEM Experience fragments and Content Fragment.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to crossfunctional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Working closely with clients technicians and managerial staff. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Performing user acceptance testing. Prioritising initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Experience working in an SCRUM / Agile environment Ability to work with various teams in a complex environment and under pressure Proven experience of gathering and documenting high quality business requirements (functional & nonfunctional) Strong team player able to share information effectively Ability to be flexible in approach and to manage changing priorities Understand system data structures data flows and have an understanding of IT landscapes API development system design principles and can influence the direction of systems development Exposure in CMS tools like

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications. - Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
