Job Description

2 Month contract with a Local Authority

Job Summary:

To be responsible for and have over sight for the delivery of the Trusted Assessor training required for Reablement officers.

To undertake joint visits with Reablement officers on any complex cases offering.

Key Duties/Accountabilities:

To advise the team on Reablement strategies

To supervise and have oversight of the OT and part time PT

To supervise and signoff the Reablement plans and Care Act assessments for 23 RO s

To attend team performance and management meetings

Essential Experience Required:

Experience working as a HCPC occupational therapist practice manager with reablement experience is essential.

Essential Qualification Required:

Relevant professional level qualification is essential.

Additional information to note:

Working hours: 36 hours per week.

This role is hybrid with 12 days in the office.

Enhanced DBS is required for the role.


The closing date for this role is 6th June 2024.
