Silber Salon is a tech startup on a mission to build solutions to uncover the power of AI to educate and empower millions of older adults globally. To achieve that weve developed an AI product designed specifically for older adults called Lotti that acts as an interactive companion to simplify technology for our users. With Lotti we build confidence and proficiency and ensure that our older adult population remains integrated and engaged in a rapidly advancing digital world.

We raised a 1m preseed round from renowned VC funds (FJ Labs IBB Ventures) and have launched our MVP.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Communications Internn or Working Student to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about writing building content and engaging communications for niche audiences. As a Communications Manager you will support our efforts to foster our user engagement and spreading the word about Lotti.

Tasks

• Content Creation: Write and edit engaging and informative content in German for various platforms with special focus on our newsletter and social channels including educational style videos and images.
• Press and editorial management: Manage and writing press articles and schedules.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the Founder to develop and execute content strategies that align with company goals and audience interests.
• Proofreading: Review and proofread content to ensure it meets high standards of quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (both written and spoken) with excellent grammar and language skills.
• Writing Skills: Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Journalism Communications Public Relations Translation or a related field.
• Creativity: You are a creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
