We are currently seeking motivated Property Scouts to join our team and help identify potential properties for our business.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and researching potential properties negotiating deals and assisting in drafting contracts. This role requires excellent communication skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential properties for acquisition
Negotiate purchase prices and terms with property owners
Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts
Maintain detailed records of property leads and transactions
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Utilize local knowledge and market insights to identify opportunities
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred but not required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic understanding of real estate market and terminology
Experience in sales customer service or real estate is a plus
Proficiency with computers and basic software applications
Selfmotivated and resultsoriented
Work Environment:
Remote or FacetoFace: This position can be conducted remotely or facetoface providing flexibility based on your location and preferences.
Global Initiative: Our work is not limited to buying and selling contracts locally or even just within the US. This is a worldwide initiative allowing you to engage in property transactions across various countries.
Pay Structure:
Contract Workers: Initially the role will be on a contract basis with performancebased commission.
Commission: Property Scouts will earn a $1000 commission per successful deal.
Bonus: Additionally a $500 bonus will be awarded per deal.
FullTime Employment: Based on performance there is an opportunity to transition to fulltime employment with a competitive salary and performance bonuses.
Transition Process:
1. Contract Work: All hires start under a contract working arrangement providing flexibility and performance evaluation.
2. Performance Review: During the contract period your performance will be evaluated to ensure alignment with our goals and standards.
3. FullTime Employment Offer: Based on the performance review a fulltime employment offer will be extended including additional benefits such as health insurance retirement plans and other perks.
