Job Description
- Set quantitative and qualitative objectives for the Aftersales area and technical assistance activities in markets.
- Define guidelines for the programming and distribution logistics of spare parts and accessories in line with sales planning.
- Prepare all necessary tools for after-sales activities carried out directly or by the technical support network.
- Monitor the level of support to the network including technical help desk, training, technical documentation, equipment, service centres etc.
- Ensure definition of the spare parts catalogue in accordance with marketing.
- Identify, propose, and formulate sales objectives plan in terms of volumes, mix, turnover, market share, profitability for products.
