Outploy is seeking an Admin/Recruiter.

  • Conduct screening calls/interviews with multiple applicants per day
  • Organize systems for accurate flow throughout recruiting process

Responsibilities:

  • Assists Director of Recruiting with administrative tasks including but not limited to: planning meetings answering phones scheduling interviews calling references keeping up to date calendars and researching solutions.
  • Administers employment/recruitment activities assuring that properly qualified employees are recruited to fill positions.
  • Understands the talent needs of the business and responds accordingly. Identifies talent issues before they affect the business.
  • Participates in newemployee orientation and onboarding activities.
  • Communicates with applicants during recruitment/onboarding process via email text phone calls and other messaging apps

Qualifications :

  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service and establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to plan organize and manage multiple tasks as well as ongoing projects.
  • Requires welldeveloped critical thinking problem solving analytics customer service interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with managers and employees with varying backgrounds and cultures.
  • Manage multiple priorities with frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive company information.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
  • Must be able to make fair unbiased decisions and stay level headed in difficult situations.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to quickly think a problem through and make authoritative autonomous decisions.
  • Must maintain a professional demeanor and be able to work with all levels of employees.
  • Bachelors/Associates degree preferred.
