Job Description
Adelphi is seeking a licensed and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 1year contract term. The candidate should have 3 years experience and be duly licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey. They will be responsible for providing medical services to students in a school district in Camden New Jersey.

Requirements:
Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
New Jersey Board of Occupational Therapy License
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to students identified by the District in accordance with the terms in each students IEP or Section 504 Plan.
Attend and participate in meetings related to student progress when requested by District personnel.
Consult with other individuals and team members relative to achievement and programming for the students goals and objectives.
Write goals and objectives and/or present levels of academic and functional performance as required by the District.
Administer appropriate evaluations in accordance with standard practice and procedure.
Track students progress
Log SEMI services.
Provide such other services within the scope of professional responsibilities and qualifications as may be required by the District.
