Client Advocate Support

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities: Assist customers with inquiries product information and purchases Provide excellent customer service through phone email and inperson interactions Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally Process transactions accurately using a cash register Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred Knowledge of basic math for processing transactions Familiarity with electronics or technology sales is a plus Strong organizational skills to manage customer inquiries efficiently Ability to work in a teamoriented environment Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
