Job Description
- Develop and maintain the artistic vision and style for the channel's visual content, ensuring alignment with the brand identity and target audience.
- Collaborate with the production team to conceptually and visually enhance content, including TV shows, promotional materials, graphics, and other on-air elements.
- Lead and manage a team of designers, providing creative direction, constructive feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in design, animation, and visual effects, and incorporate them into the channel's creative approach.
- Work closely with producers and content creators to ensure that visual elements effectively communicate the desired message and enhance the overall viewer experience.
- Provide art direction and guidance during shoots, ensuring visual consistency and quality across different production elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually compelling campaigns and promotional materials that align with the channel's branding strategy.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as graphic designers, illustrators, and production companies, to ensure high-quality and cost-effective delivery of creative assets.
- Monitor and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application of visual elements across different platforms and media.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the channel's visual storytelling capabilities.
