Role : Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Coordination with all the functional team taking their requirements understanding the same.
• Preparing proper JD & getting approval from the functional head.
• Floating the requirement to onboarded hiring agencies
• Coordination with Hiring Agencies
• Coordination for the submission of resumes to the functional team.
• Coordination for the interviews feedback
• Handling the onboarding process
