Scope of the Role

The Web Designer and Developer will be responsible for creating highquality landing pages and websites ensuring an excellent user experience and superior performance. This senior role requires a professional with advanced skills in web development and design particularly in Node.js and React. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise and a minimum of 45 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive landing pages and websites using Node.js and React.
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate their requirements into functional web pages.
• Maintain a high standard of design and usability across all web projects.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Identify potential issues and implement solutions to prevent delays and maintain project momentum.
• Design intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve web design and functionality.
• Ensure that all designs are in line with the latest web standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain highquality code following best practices and coding standards.
• Implement and manage version control using Git.
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development and postlaunch.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers developers marketers and product managers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with nontechnical stakeholders to explain technical concepts and project updates.

Requirements:

• 45 years of experience in web design and development with a strong portfolio of landing pages and websites.
• Proficiency in Node.js and React.
• Strong understanding of web development best practices including responsive design SEO and performance optimization.
• Experience with version control systems particularly Git.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar industry or niche.
• Knowledge of other web technologies and frameworks such as HTML CSS JavaScript and related libraries.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch or Figma.
• Experience with user testing and gathering feedback to improve web design and functionality.
• Understanding of web security best practices.
