HYBRID: This will be onsite work for a minimum of one month. Client has a partial remote work policy that is available after six months but will require being located within the Little Rock area.

Required Education:
Bachelors (BS) degree in Computer Science Information Technology or other equivalent education.

Senior Financial .NET Developer/Architect Qualifications:
Sr. .NET Development and Architecture6 Years
Developing detailed technical infrastructure diagrams and specifications6 Years
Designing and Implementing Financial Applications using .NET6 Years
Designing and implementing budget applications using .Net6 Years
Sr. development using ASP.net C Sharp Net6 Years
TSM Lite Speed VMware VB.Net FTP6 Years
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 RYears
Disaster Recovery design and testing6 Years
Developing Window Services6 Years
Active Reports and/or StimulSoft Reports 6 Years
Configuration and implementation of MSTDC6 Years
Design and maintaining TDE Encryption6 Years
SQL Server installation maintenance and optimization Experience6 Years
Financial Institution Experience6 Years
Working knowledge of state and federal laws procurement budget human resources payroll laws and processes administrative practices and procedures Highly desired
Required Experience Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of six (6) years of SQL Server installation maintenance and optimization experience
Good knowledge of CLIENT
Experience with design and maintenance of CLIENT Encryption
Experience using integration services or SSIS packages to import and export data to/from SQL
Experience developing window services
Experience developing web services
Experience designing and testing disaster recovery plans
Ability to write and review VB.Net code
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience developing detailed technical infrastructure diagrams and specifications
Senior Financial .NET Developer/Architect Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The system is developed in.Net along with StimulSoft Reporting Software
This resource will be responsible for developing maintaining and optimizing the central infrastructure application instances and databases that are required to maintain the Budget System
The scope of services will also include problem resolution analysis and other support services at the discretion of the Applications Development Manager
Maintain and develop packages to extract data elements into constructed data layouts
Maintain complicated applications supported by Applications Development: Budget System
Assist state employees with .NET solutions and mentors on best practices
