Salesforce Data and AI Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Salesforce Data and AI Architect to join our team in the automotive domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms data architecture and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. This role will be pivotal in transforming our data strategy optimizing our Salesforce implementation and leveraging AI to drive business growth and efficiency within the automotive sector.

Salesforce Architecture Design:

• Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions tailored to the automotive industrys unique needs.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and platforms.

Data Management:

• Develop and oversee data architecture strategies to ensure data integrity security and accessibility.
• Manage data migration integration and synchronization processes between Salesforce and other business systems.

AI Integration:

• Lead the integration of AI and machine learning (ML) technologies with Salesforce to enhance business processes customer experiences and decisionmaking.
• Identify opportunities for AIdriven insights and automation.

Custom Development:

• Oversee the development of custom Salesforce applications components and solutions tailored to automotive business requirements.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices and industry standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including IT sales marketing and customer service to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Performance Optimization:

• Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications and AI models.
• Implement best practices for system efficiency reliability and scalability.

Compliance and Security:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards particularly related to data privacy and security.
• Implement and maintain robust security measures within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Salesforce technologies data architecture and AI.
• Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve our systems and processes.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Proven experience in data architecture data management and data governance.
• Strong expertise in AI and ML technologies with handson experience in integrating AI solutions with Salesforce.
• Solid understanding of the automotive industry and its specific business processes and challenges.
• Proficient in programming languages and tools such as Apex Visualforce Lightning JavaScript Python and relevant data and AI platforms.
• Excellent problemsolving skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to manage complex projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers and analysts.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automotivespecific Salesforce solutions such as Automotive Cloud or similar.
• Knowledge of IoT and its applications in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
