2 months contract with a local authority

Job Summary:

Hold a case load consisting of Care Leavers and manage this on a day to day basis.

To ensure practice standards are maintained in line with national corporate and team objectives.

To contribute to the development and implementation pathway plans for young people

Key Duties/Accountabilities:

To maintain up to date knowledge of research Departmental policies and procedures and to have an understanding of legislation and guidance relevant to providing services to Care Leavers.

Ensure that tasks are and completed in the identified timescales and your work is reflected on the electronic file system.

To prioritise and prepare for supervision sessions in line with departmental polices.

Contribute to identifying areas for continuing professional development and training needs.

Essential Experience Required:

Experience of working with children and families within statutory independent or voluntary sector

Essential Qualifications Required:

Full clean UK Driving Licence with use of vehicle for work purposes

Additional information to note:

37 hours per week

Enhanced DBS required
