Job Description

Kingdom Maintenance Preservation Corp. specializes in maintenance collaboration home modifications and kitchen and bathroom remodels. We are looking for construction subcontractors to add to our team.

Our work environment includes:

  • Residential renovations
  • Residential remodels
  • Growth opportunities
  • No shortage of work

Responsibilities:
Perform restoration tasks according to project specifications
Utilize hand tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks
Install windows and doors and perform related tasks such as cutting and fitting
Assist with sales reps to ensure the best fit is for the customers.
ensure proper application and fitting
Ensure openings are weather tight
leave the renovation area clean

Qualifications:
Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment
Knowledge of window and door installation techniques and practices
Familiarity with carpentry and construction Framing
Ability to perform basic construction tasks

Note: This is a subcontractor position. Please provide your own tools and transportation.

We are looking for skilled subcontractors who can work independently and deliver highquality work. If you have the required qualifications and experience we would love to hear from you.
