- Responsible to Identify interview and select new AADM from natural market and by networking

- Recruit coach retain and develop AADM and Agent Advisors

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet unit targets
- Achieve revenue targets
- Ensure implementation of GOLD system
- Supervise the activity plan of Sales
- Managers & Agents to ensure that these are fulfilled as per the desired standards
- Ensure that all AADM and Agents under supervision perform as per the companies rules and regulations
Track productivity measures as for the unit:
- AFYP
- Case rate
- Annual mode business
- Persistency
- Paid cases per agent
- YTD appointments
- AADM appointments
- Proactive agent retention
- Annual FYC standards
- Execute plans for growth of the agency
- Ensure adherence to laid down sales and service standards for AADM
- Conduct weekly performance review and planning (PRP) for AADM
- Ensure retention of AADM by formulating their development plans meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
- Build leadership pipeline of future AADMs & APs from the unit.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HO coordination
- Sales promotion activities
- Assist in overall running of the G.O
Requirements
- Must be graduate & above (12th 3year valid diploma is also acceptable)
- At least 10 yrs. of field sales experience must have Life Insurance /BFSI experience.
- Must be localite
- Preferably Married
- Age between 30 years to 45 years
- Must have twowheeler
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Graduate in any discipline At least 5 - 6 years in sales and 4 - 5 years in conducting sales training At least 12 months experience as Sales Development Manager. Competence in knowledge about products, processes etc. and training skills To handle AP, Telengana and Karnataka
