Notre client entreprise spcialise dans lingnierie Oil & Gas recherche :

• Proposal Engineer Redacteur dOffres

Your main missions will be as follows:

Take in charge the Clients tender documentation and making it available to all those involved in the proposal
Prepare and distribute the templates for the Technical and Commercial offer
Ensure the uniform presentation of all documentation
Prepare the submission of the offer according to the Clients requirements (identification reprography electronic management)
After offer delivery to the Client ensure its archiving in the intern client system
Develop and maintain the documentary base allowing rapid responses to prequalification dossiers

Pour la ralisation de la prsente prestation le Titulaire devra apporter les comptences dcrites cidessous :

You have 3 years of experience in an equivalent position and/or related to document management.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack
You know how to prioritize your tasks and meet deadlines you are rigorous and proactive
You are autonomous and you have a taste for teamwork
