Team Member-Sourcing

Purpose

A) Sourcing will play very vital role by making timely availability of material and resources in Power tools Hand tools and power tools accessories categories.
B) Healthy and balanced vendor database will ensure better negotiating power and derisking of supplies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

New vendor identification & development
Negotiations & finalization of Rate contracts with suppliers on basis of Price Volumes Complexity of biz
Vendor Performance Management & improvement of vendor ratings.
Spent analysis & improvement in it
Cost Management & cost savings across all sourcing
Work in tandem with CFT Product Managers Function Heads related to sourcing
Conflict & issues resolution related to Vendor supplies & ensure smooth flow of supplies. Overcome bottlenecks

Technical & Professional Knowledgerequired

• 2 Years of Experience
• B.E. (Mechanical /Production/Industrial Eng.). MBA in supply chain /Operations preferred
• Knowledge of supply chain management procurement & business cycle having out of box vision
• Financial Acumen & Market Awareness
• Vendor management
• Negotiations and Cost Management
• Understanding of International procurement
