DESKTOP SUPPORT Join this IT Infrastructure and Operations Team providing firstline IT Support to internal staff. You will get to work with a variety of technologies including Windows 11 Windows Server Active Directory management Office 365 Apps SharePoint Finance & CRM systems and many others.
Your Role:
Set up (including software installation) deploy track and relocate laptops and phones.
Install and configure Microsoft Windows 10/11 Enterprise MS Office and other applications.
Troubleshoot problems.
Work with users in multiple time zones that may require very light travel to other sites.
Required
Bachelor’s degree.
1 years of IT Support / Helpdesk (recent college graduates with lab support experience welcomed to apply).
Experience setting up and troubleshooting laptops mobile phones Windows OS and MS Office.
Must be able to write and speak English.
Excellent customer service skills.
Personable friendly easy going and easy to talk to.
