Job Description
DESKTOP SUPPORT
Join this IT Infrastructure and Operations Team providing firstline IT Support to internal staff. You will get to work with a variety of technologies including Windows 11 Windows Server Active Directory management Office 365 Apps SharePoint Finance & CRM systems and many others.

Join this IT Infrastructure and Operations Team providing firstline IT Support to internal staff. You will get to work with a variety of technologies including Windows 11 Windows Server Active Directory management Office 365 Apps SharePoint Finance & CRM systems and many others.
Your Role:
- Set up (including software installation) deploy track and relocate laptops and phones.
- Install and configure Microsoft Windows 10/11 Enterprise MS Office and other applications.
- Troubleshoot problems.
- Work with users in multiple time zones that may require very light travel to other sites.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 years of IT Support / Helpdesk (recent college graduates with lab support experience welcomed to apply).
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting laptops mobile phones Windows OS and MS Office.
- Must be able to write and speak English.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Personable friendly easy going and easy to talk to.
