What You Will Do

You will be responsible for all aspects of leading an assigned region including direct responsibility for driving new business and leading a professional sales team. You will develop and implement the sales strategy in alignment with the regional growth plan. You will be responsible for building and leading a sales team implementing processes and partnering with other functions within the company to deliver the highest customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the assigned region to achieve budget; implement plans to drive a pull model focused on conversion and specifications.
  • Manage recruit train motivate coach develop and retain a highperformance team.
  • Meets regularly with the sales team to review goals strategies and prospects; manages overall performance and provides direction and objective coaching as needed.
  • Develop strategize plan and maintain business relationships with key customers.
  • Develop manage and grow the opportunity pipeline.
  • Track regional KPI’s and other performance metrics; including activities in SalesForce.
  • Prepares forecasts territory/industry management and growth plans.
  • Analyzes regional market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and to create new sales growth opportunities
  • Implement and maintain company policies procedures and intradepartmental communications; maintain managerial relationships by encouraging and providing a timely twoway flow of information between subordinates management and user groups.
  • Responsible for personnel sales activities industry symposiums etc. at physical VEC location.
  • Communication of sales results programs & processes.
  • Performs other duties as required and/or assigned
  • Will be required to travel up to 20% of the time.

You are a driven professional experienced in leading a B2B sales team. You are strategic and analytical. You’re a mentor by nature; you are experienced in building teams and fostering growth. You enjoy maintaining business relationships with customers. You are an expert in managing people and in processes.

  • Knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce
  • Highly advanced selling skills

  • Excellent business decisionmaking and negotiation skills
  • Solid organization and time management skills
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability and flexibility to adapt to different situations
  • Ability to train lead and motivate a high functioning team
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong and impactful business relationships
  • Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred
  • 68 years of progressive sales experience
  • Valid Driver’s License required

Benefits

Base: $99000.00 to $169000.00 annually based on specific compensable factors including but not limited to education work experience and geographic market.

Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
