Odoo Consultant Senior Developer

As a Senior Odoo Developer at Thoughtlogik youll play a key role in designing implementing and maintaining Odoo based solutions for our clients. Youll work closely with our project managers business analysts and other developers to deliver highquality scalable software solutions that meet our clients needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Odoo modules and customizations to meet client requirements.
  
• Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to gather and analyze requirements propose solutions and provide estimates.
  
• Utilize strong technical skills to customize and develop Odoo modules based on the specific needs of the organization. Ensure that the developed solutions align with industry best practices and meet quality standards.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality performance and adherence to best practices.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Odoo implementations.
  
• Stay current on Odoo development best practices tools and technologies.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
  
• 2 to 5 years of experience developing and customizing Odoo applications.
  
• Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
  
• Experience with PostgreSQL database.
  
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and XML.
  
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  
• Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and crossfunctional teams.
  
• Odoo certification.
