1. The candidate should have the capability to translate designs and wireframes into highquality efficient code.
   
6. Familiarity with EcmaScript Specifications:
   
1. Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript is preferred.
   
7. Experience with Data Structure Libraries:
   
1. Experience with data structure libraries such as Immutable.js would be advantageous.
   
8. Knowledge of Modern Frontend Build Pipelines and Tools:
   
1. The candidate should have a good understanding of modern frontend build pipelines and tools.
   
9. Component Optimization:
   
1. Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of webcapable devices and browsers
   
2. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
