WORK MODE
- Remote/work from home from anywhere in Greece (onsite in Athens available as well)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle all incoming contacts from customers through various channels (phone email and chat)
- Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
- Act as a key focal point for our leading partners by answering basic questions and general enquiries cancellations and amendments
- Use adequate tools processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate valid and complete information
- Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times as well as a positive experience for our partners
REQUIREMENTS
- Native/fluent in German both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous work experience in customer service/support roles
- Car rental experience is preferable
- Hospitality experience
- Passionate about customers and customer service
- Problemsolving skills
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Ability to identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
