• Youre a native Italian speaker with strong English (B2 level).
• You have excellent written and spoken communication skills to ensure clear and efficient guest interactions.
• You thrive in a fastpaced environment and enjoy helping others create positive experiences.
• You possess strong problemsolving abilities and a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth reservation management.
• You have experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service (a plus).
• Youre comfortable providing customer support through various channels: Social Media Chat Email and a small percentage of calls.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist clients with bookings rescheduling bookings upgrades lastminute requests and clarifying doubts.
• Handle requests from partners and guests: cancellations complaints amendments resending reservations to partners checking availability and inventory issues billing.
