What Youll Do:

• Build strong relationships with clients providing topnotch financial advice and personalized solutions.
• Assess clients financial needs and goals then knock their socks off with tailored recommendations!
• Keep a pulse on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure youre always offering the best guidance.
• Collaborate with our awesome internal teams to deliver seamless service and stellar client satisfaction.
• Grow your network and attract new clients through business development activities.

What We Need from You:

• Strong connections and networks in your local market; youre either a local or have been part of your community for a long time. Volunteer work is a huge plus!
• A desire to be your own boss and take charge of your financial future as an entrepreneur!
• Comfort following a structured process that has made thousands of other financial advisors 6figure income!
• Leadership skills and experience with a gogetter attitude.
• A Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field.
• Financial services experience is a plus but not required. Experience in financial planning investment strategies and risk management is a bonus!
• Sales or clientfacing background ideally in a commissionbased role.
• Stellar communication skills and a knack for building strong client relationships.
• Selfmotivation drive and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Willingness to study for and obtain FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• Financial ability to attend a 3week training program and work on commission lets make it happen!

Whats in It for You:

Although this is a 100% Commission Based role we do offer incentive pay in your 1st year which varies by location. Financial advisors who go through our process can expect the following income trajectory:

• 1st Year: $90K$200K
• 23 Years: $150K$250K
• 35 Years: $250K$500K
• 5 Years: $500K
