Role Overview:

• Act as the voice of the client for the integration of the UKG WFM Pro/Dimension.
• Lead the migration from Kronos iSeries timekeeping solution with 4500 clocks to UKG WFM Pro and new UKG DX clocks.
• Serve as an advocate and subject matter expert for the implementation of UKG solutions.
• Train and empower the internal team to take ownership of the UKG solution from day one.
• Utilize UKG best practices for implementation while optimizing the solution for integration with internal systems.
• Ensure effective integration of UKG with Oracle Fusion for HCM/Benefits/Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Advocacy:
  • Act as a change agent within the IT organization providing expert guidance on the UKG ecosystem.
  • Advocate for the client during the UKG WFM Pro/Dimension implementation.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management including CIO VP Terminal Managers Clerks IT Training and Operations.
  • Foster transparency and empowerment within the organization.
• Implementation and Optimization:
  • Lead the implementation of UKG WFM Pro/Dimension ensuring alignment with UKG best practices.
  • Optimize the UKG implementation to improve performance and integrate with internal data repositories.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer:
  • Train the internal team to manage and maintain the UKG solution independently.
  • Focus on building internal capabilities rather than solely executing tasks.
• Integration and Data Management:
  • Ensure seamless integration between UKG and Oracle Fusion systems.
  • Leverage UKG and Oracle capabilities to create a bestinclass experience for a workforce of 23000 employees.
  • Manage data integration to internal repositories without becoming dependent on specific technologies like Boomi or Google Data.

Project Impact:

• The project will impact approximately 300 terminals across the US and a national workforce.

• Expertise in UKG Ecosystem:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with UKG WFM Pro/Dimension.
  • Familiarity with UKG iSeries and DX clocks.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of timekeeping solutions and workforce management.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion for HCM/Benefits/Payroll integration.
  • Ability to optimize and integrate UKG solutions with internal data repositories.
• Communication and Leadership:
  • Excellent communication skills capable of interacting with all management levels.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to act as a change agent.
• Training and Empowerment:
  • Commitment to training internal teams and transferring knowledge for longterm sustainability.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with largescale workforce management implementations.
• Background in optimizing and integrating timekeeping solutions across multiple locations.
