Job Description
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse(LPN/LVN)
Start Date: 6/10/2024
Duration: 4 weeks; 30 days w/ opportunity to extend
Location: West Branch MI 48661
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights 7:00 AM 7:30 PM 12
Shift Notes: Nights; 6p6:30a with 30 min lunch 36 hrs/week
Weekend Requirements: every other including holiday rotation if scheduled
OnCall Requirements: n/a
COVID Requirement: Covid Vaccine Required Medical & Religious Exemptions can be accepted on a casebycase basis.
Traveler Policy: Travelers must clock out or they wont be compensated for that shift until a dispute is resolved.
Dress Code: Matching Scrubs of any Color Prefer Gray or Teal
No OT multiplier... Paid at straight hourly.
POSITION SUMMARY:
RN demonstrates great customer service by mentoring Villas three core principles of Exceptional Care Passionate Services and Unexpected Luxury in all of her job duties and responsibilities.
Under the supervision of the Unit Manager / ADON/ DON the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients for a shift of duty. Nursing care is provided through assessment implementation and evaluation of the plan of care. The RN adheres to the standards of care for the area manages the environment to maintain resident/patient safety and supervises the resident/patient care activity performance by nursing assistants and helpers. Follows all Villas policies and procedures. Performs duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act. Follows where applicable JCAHO standards.
