Job Description

District Manager Successful and Growing Local Brand

Lead the Transition to a Service and Performance Based Approach at Store Level

As District Manager:

  • Overseeing operations of multiple cafes
  • Provide strong leadership in building a team that meets or exceeds our standards for service
  • Generate staff enthusiasm through communication training and support
  • Lead strategies and training to increase sales offer professional and instill general care and culture for the wellbeing and success of the store

Ideal District Manager candidates bring:

  • Bachelors degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 3 or more years of multiunit management experience leading 2 or more locations
  • 3 or more years of leadership experience leading a team of 6 or more
  • 2 or more years of experience in hospitality
  • Passion for guest service
  • Working knowledge of P&L financial reporting inventory operations and customer service required
  • Ability to coach and mentor leaders and team in all areas of the caf
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
  • A food handlers permit is required
