Position: Applications Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain application architecture standards and best practices.
• Design and implement scalable and secure software applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to create highlevel design artifacts including architectural diagrams models and technical documentation.
• Ensure alignment of application architecture with business goals and technology strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend tools technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality and performance of applications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to development teams.
• Address and resolve architectural issues and technical challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java C# Python or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of database systems both SQL and NoSQL.
• Masters degree in a related field.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
