• Screening and Interviewing:Review applications conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews.
• Candidate Experience:Ensure timely communication and manage interview schedules.
• Offer Management:Prepare and extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.
• Onboarding:Coordinate new hire orientation and paperwork.
• Employer Branding:Promote the company as a great place to work.
• Compliance:Ensure legal and policy compliance in hiring processes.
• Reporting:Maintain records and provide recruitment metrics.
