As Senior Partnership Manager you will be responsible for developing relationships with partners and new venues while enhancing loyalty to the SEARADAR brand. Youll also participate in conferences increase agency commission work with the yachting community identify client needs and launch new SEARADAR products.
Tasks
- Communication with charter companies
- Enhancement of loyalty to the SEARADAR brand
- Increasing agency commission
- Receiving bonuses discounts and freebies from charter companies
- Communicating with communities and new development venues
- Participating at trade fairs and negotiating
- Working with the yachting community identifying client needs
- Identifying and launching new SEARADAR products
Requirements
- Knowledge of the yachting charter market is a must
- Ability to travel within the EU
- Effective negotiation skills
- Focus on business results
- Fluent English
