Location Pune / Bangalore/ Hyderabad

Experience 5 10 Years

Job Requirement:

Participate and assist in production of data clusters at scale and related processes.
Install test and configure the databases using Cassandra.
Create code as infrastructure pipelines using Azure cloud services.
Adhere to IT control policies through design development & testing while incorporating corporate architectural standards into application design specifications.
Participate in the standard SDLC process using agile methodology and testdriven approach.
Must have automation and documentation first mindset.
Ensure secure and robust deployment of Cassandra databases.
Experience in PII data handling with security first mindset is preferred.
Experience in Cassandra performance tuning is a plus
Experience in Cassandra cluster performance benchmarking is plus.
Experience in using observability tools and how to use it.
Experience in Datastax Cassandra is a plus.

Devops & cloud Skills:
Experience in Azure is a Must preferrable with Azure certifications. Okay to consider any other cloud Experience if the candidate has strong public cloud experience.
Installs and maintains cloudbased applications systems and associated infrastructures.
Experience in automation with infrastructure as code using Terraform Configuration management tools like Ansible Salt etc.
Experience in source control like Gitlab for effective CICD
Handson Experience with Linux Shell Scripting Java development and API integration with Cassandra
Experience in using observability tools: Splunk Prometheus Grafana and its automation.
Translates business requirements into code and documentation while managing the life cycle and communication for assigned projects.
Analyzes and defines business requirements to determine specifications and standards.
Stays informed of emerging cloud technologies and evaluates the value to the organization operations.
Ensures quality of the solutions are robust scalable and efficient to meet the needs of the business.

Operational Skills:

Monitors system performance troubleshooting and resolving errors.
Experience working with large infrastructure hosting.
Comprehensive understanding of IT security best practices and threat protection.
