We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are at the center of all we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Practice within policies and procedures legal requirements guidelines and standards as directed by the Nursing Department and NMBI.
- Practice within the limits of one s experience and with assistance from other members of the team.
- Maintain espouse and practice professional knowledge and competence in assigned areas of responsibility.
- Remain with and attend to the scrub nurses requirements throughout the procedure being carried out.
- Use discretion and decisionmaking regarding patient care referring appropriately to CNM/medical staff and other disciplines.
- Comply with the medications policy ensuring that regulations for the safekeeping and recording of scheduled drugs are adhered to always.
Requirements
- Registered nurse with NMBI registration and RGN Qualification
- Minimum of 3 years postregistration experience
- Experience in management with excellent interpersonal leadership & communication skills
