Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented Back Office Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on customer leads generating and converting leads into sales developing new accounts and meeting customer requirements. This role also involves preparing dealer proposals negotiating terms and closing sales as well as responding to email and phone inquiries. Additionally you will meet and greet showroom visitors to assist in planning and product selection.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on customer leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into sales by understanding and fulfilling customer requirements.
  • Develop new accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare dealer proposals negotiate terms of agreements and close sales effectively.
  • Respond promptly to incoming emails phone inquiries and messages.
  • Meet and greet customers or their representatives (designers contractors etc.) who visit the showroom for planning and product selection.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions sales activities and followups using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge industry trends and company policies to provide the best possible information to customers.

  • Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Any graduate with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
