Position Purpose

Responsible to perform the activities allotted within the defined timelines coordinate with the Branch / Business

partners & internal departments and effective handling of the client queries to ensure smooth functioning of the

activities.

Responsibilities :

Direct Responsibilities

Creation of client master in the System

Coordination with different departments for solving client queries

MIS maintenance for daily updation to the HODs

Managing daily operational issues

Helping in Performing UAT testing

Preparing test cases for the project

Technical & Behavioural Competencies

Graduate/Post Graduate & above from recognised university

Sound knowledge of MS Office

Knowledge/ experience in securities market preferred

Knowledge of the broking business with an emphasis on the back office operations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Effective Team Player

Ability to work under pressure
