Job Description:

We are looking for a Solutions Architect with extensive experience in large regulated environments ideally within the telecom/communications industry. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Web APIs and Web Services and effectively bridge the gap between technical and business teams.

The Solutions Architect (SA) is responsible for delivering technically complex and tailored solutions to clients and the product team. They collaborate with boundary partners to develop a successful product roadmap and provide modern enterprise technology solutions that meet the specific needs of some of the countrys largest brands. SAs act as trusted technical advisors to clients and internal stakeholders effectively removing obstacles and barriers to business success. They must possess both business and technical acumen as well as outstanding presentation and communication skills. Collaboration occurs in person and digitally within an office environment with some travel required.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned technology domains within our voice video and data solutions.
• Participate in client meetings at various stages including discovery proposal addressing objections and closing deals.
• Develop technical responses and strategies for RFIs and RFPs.
• Ensure that our product roadmap aligns with client needs and industry trends.
• Present welldocumented solutions to address objections from highlevel decisionmakers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create unique service offerings.

Experience:

• Required: Ten or more years of technical experience in cable or telecommunications solutions designing largescale IP networks and experience in network engineering network administration or network sales engineering.
• Preferred: Fifteen or more years of technical experience in cable or telecommunications solutions designing largescale IP networks and experience in network engineering network administration or network sales engineering.

Education:

• Required: Bachelors degree in engineering computer science a related field or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Masters degree in a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Ability to develop technical solutions across multiple Spectrum Enterprise offerings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
