We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative and Division Lead to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Representative and Division Lead you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our garage door products to both new and existing clients. This position requires a proactive approach to generating leads excellent communication skills and a dedication to meeting sales targets. In addition to sales duties you will also be responsible for leading the division managing a team and overseeing the operational aspects of the division. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction and company success.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales presentations and estimates with customers providing information on available products and options.
  • Generate leads through networking referrals and other marketing channels and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
  • Finalize sales paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Document all estimates with special instructions or notes pertaining to customer needs.
  • Communicate customer expectations to the scheduling team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Perform followups on pending estimates to secure sales opportunities.
  • Maintain direct contact with customers to address questions and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor email text messages and voicemail regularly for customer and company communication.
  • Accommodate occasional weekend or afterhours appointments to meet customer scheduling needs.
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians installers and customer service representatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive division growth and profitability.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
  • Oversee the scheduling and completion of installation and maintenance projects.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers.

Primary Objectives:

  • Meet sales quotas on a monthly quarterly and annual basis.
  • Promote the overall success of the company by continuously improving sales techniques relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in an employeeoriented company culture focused on quality continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Become knowledgeable about the assigned territory and target market.
  • Track customer interactions and sales activities using a CRM system.
  • Drive growth and profitability of the division.
  • Ensure highquality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • High School Diploma.
  • 3 years of experience in sales preferred but not necessary.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
  • Must be detailoriented selfmotivated able to interact with customers honest hardworking and trustworthy.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with other crew members clients and move consultants.
  • Professional moving experience is preferred but not required.
  • A desire to learn and grow within a growing company.

  • A CDL is NOT required Must be able to pass a DOT physical, DOT drug screen, background check, and MVR screen Must be reliable, organized, hardworking, and timely Able to lead by example Able to work independently and in a group Must be professional and courteous to all FedEx Ground employees and customers Oversee others in such a way that they maximize their talents!
