  Conduct marketing research develop promotional strategies for Tonmat products (PU Panels Rockwool Glasswool EPS XPS 3layer sheets 1layer sheets accessories etc.) and reach out to customers who are project general contractors.

  Seek new customers and develop the domestic and export panel market.

  Develop direct and manage the execution of business plans to ensure sales targets are met; manage the sales activities and accounts receivable of the department

  Construct and utilize salary and bonus budgets to ensure efficiency.

  Required experience in business management and project sales in the Building Materials and Steel Structures industry.
