Video Content Creator - Fresher

We are seeking a creative and passionate fresher to join our team as a Video Content Creator. In this role you will be responsible for researching engaging topics creating captivating video content and editing videos specifically for our YouTube channel. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to identify highdemand and trending topics and produce videos that resonate with our target audience and drive viewership.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct extensive research to identify popular and relevant topics trends and competitors in our industry for video content creation. 
Conceptualize and develop compelling video ideas that align with our brands vision and effectively engage our target audience. 
Create engaging video scripts or outlines that effectively convey the intended message and optimize for search engine visibility. 
Edit and produce polished final videos using Canvas premium video editing tools and AI capabilities. 
Demonstrate experience or keen interest in video editing tools including smartphone video editing applications. 
Ensure that videos adhere to best practices for YouTube optimization including appropriate titles descriptions tags and thumbnails.
Stay uptodate with the latest video trends techniques and best practices to continuously improve and innovate. 
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and ensure video content aligns with overall marketing strategies. 
Manage project timelines and deliver highquality video content on schedule. 
Analyze video performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future content for better viewership and engagement. 
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Marketing Communications or Media Production (or equivalent experience). 
Strong understanding of video production processes and YouTube optimization techniques. 
Exposure and interest in video editing tools including experience with smartphone video editing applications. 
Excellent research and analytical skills to identify trending topics and competitor content. 
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics. 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. 
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
Knowledge of video SEO and analytics tools is a plus. 
Familiarity with social media platforms and their video content strategies is desirable. 
Willingness to learn and leverage Canvas AI capabilities for automating and streamlining video creation processes.
